Orders are processed and shipped within 4 business days, which excludes weekends and holidays. Customers will receive an email acknowledgment of shipment please follow your tracking through delivery.
All products are shipped via USPS First Class Parcel or Priority Mail. Once orders enter the USPS system, we can not be held responsible for any delayed, lost or damaged orders. Please work with USPS on any of these issues.
NOTE: Due to COVID-19 disruptions processing times once packages has been released to USPS may be impacted.
Currently, we are not offering international shipping. However, we hope to in the future.
We offer options to exchange product only if it came to you damaged or defective. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit by USPS.
To be eligible for an exchange, the purchased item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in the original packaging.
Please contact email@example.com within three days of receiving your order to advise of damaged product and next steps. Please do not return item until you have received acknowledgement from us.
Damaged or defective product must be shipped within five days of receiving a response from us. It is recommended to add tracking onto your return. MelJoi Lifestyle cannot be responsible for a returned product not received.
